Terms and conditions for the sale of EasyParty services

1. Introduction
Welcome to EasyParty. These terms and conditions ("Conditions") govern the sale of our home birthday entertainment services. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Definitions

Provider: EasyParty, offering entertainment services for home birthday parties.
Client: Any person or entity that purchases or uses our services.
Services: The entertainment services for birthdays provided by EasyParty, as described in our documentation or communications.

3. Acceptance of Orders
All orders are subject to our acceptance. We reserve the right to refuse an order for any reasonable reason.

4. Price and Payment

The prices of the services are indicated in CHF.

Payments must be made according to the terms agreed upon in the order or contract.

Payment delays may incur additional fees, as provided by law.

5. Cancellation and Refund
Cancellations made more than 15 days before the event date will result in a full refund.
Cancellations made between 3 and 15 days before the event will result in a partial refund of 50%.
Cancellations made less than 3 days before the event will not result in any refund.

In case of cancellation by EasyParty, a full refund will be issued.

6. Performance of Services
We commit to providing the services according to the agreed timelines and standards. However, we will not be held responsible for delays due to circumstances beyond our control.

7. Liability
Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the services in question.

We will not be liable for indirect losses, including but not limited to loss of profits or data.

8. Data Protection
We respect your privacy and protect your personal data in accordance with our privacy policy.

9. Force Majeure
We will not be responsible for delays or failures due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

10. Modifications to the Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The modifications will be published on our website and will take effect upon publication.

11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nyon.
